Have we have forgotten who we are? Have we have made ourselves so busy, trying to fulfill the egos desire to be recognized and approved of? Some of us live paycheck to paycheck just trying to pay our bills and we don’t have time for our loved ones. We don’t spend enough time in nature, and we may have forgot the most important person of all, ourselves.
There once was a time when we lived in harmony and balance with nature and others. Deep within, you may know this and remember a glimpse of what that felt like. Peaceful, calm, nurturing, and a passion for waking every day.
History repeats itself. We are coming into a new time, many of you may be feeling it, confused, no direction or clarity of the future. Are we trying to control it, trying to make things happen, struggling against it and resisting this natural force that is coming whether we want it to or not.
We are beginning to remember who we are. We are re-aligning with nature and shifting into a new paradigm. We may feel like we have lost someone or something, that’s just a part of letting go. We haven’t really lost anything, we’ve had it the whole time, we just got distracted.
So what can we do now? How can we make this re-aligning easy and allow it to bring us inner peace, harmony, balance, and love. We can start by looking at nature. There is a saying that we can find all of our answers if we look to nature. For example, how many people are suffering from insomnia and lack of sleep. Our universe was designed to give us plenty of sleep. When the sun is up and it is bright and we can see, it is time for creative activity. When it is dark at night we should be sleeping and finding answers within ourselves through the dream-time. It is a perfect cycle that if we learn to align with it, we will become more balanced and feel refreshed and rejuvenated in the morning with clear ideas and more insight.
Rainy days are designed for us to do inner work. Either within ourselves or wthin our home. Maybe we need more rest. Rain is also a sign of cleansing and purification. Where I live in Sedona Arizona, it usually gets very windy just before it rains. I know that when it gets very windy then there is big change coming. Also called the winds of change. So I tend to get very excited when it is windy. Then after the wind it always rains, and the best part is the sunny, beautiful days that come. When it is sunny, warm, and clear, it is a time to reap the rewards, all great things come to fruition and manifest. Ive seen this cycle come and go, not only in big cycles of winter, spring, summer and fall, but in smaller, shorter cycles as well.
Remember, if you are struggling in this moment, there is a reason things are not going the way you think they should. And if you are struggling against this moment, then you are struggling against the whole universe. Life is full of lessons, and when we begin to let go and follow the path of least resistance, then we will see how beautiful life really is.
Take resopnsibility of your life. Choose the path of least resistance. Go sit in nature for a while, and reconnect to who you really are. You will begin to understand that all of the answers are within you. Become balanced, peaceful, and joyful from within first. Then from the inside out, the universe will reflecting it back to you in everything you see.
Be what you wish to see in the world. Live by example, and you will really begin to live in the only moment you will ever have, that moment is now.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and this moment is a gift, that is why they call it the present.
You are loved, all is well.
A great message to share with your client that gets overwhelmed by staying too busy.
