Here and Now, the Great Awakening

Woke up this morning with this thought… I know several people including myself that can feel a big shift coming, it seems so close and our spirits long for it. We want it right now! We get frustrated and impatient. Truth is that it’s not coming, it’s already here and we’ve been adapting to it very slowly. If it were just to happen all at once, it would be too much for us to handle. Call it 3D to 5D, new paradigm, the shift in consciousness, ascension or whatever.

So when you feel this feeling of something big about to happen or something great coming, just take a deep breath and say thank you to your Creator knowing that it’s happening now and that feeling you just got was you experiencing it, a slow integration that’s been happening for years. This is what it’s like to live in the now. This moment. The Hopi prophecy speaks of it. It is rapidly approaching now as the collective consciousness aligns with this vibration or frequency.

What now? Look at what is in front of you right now. Give attention and appreciation for it. Love it or them. This is what you are feeling. Gratitude for what you already have, not what’s coming. BE HUMAN.

The key to all of this is to be grateful for what you already have by living in the now.

“The Tracker” Spiritual Messages and Life Coaching

A few weeks ago… I was noticing all the different animal tracks on the trail. Wondering what their purpose was during the time when they were at that exact location. Then I sat down to make some crafts (my office in nature) and pulled a card for the day. Of course it would be “Tracker.” The message is to stay focused on one goal and not to scatter myself in too many directions. So I imagined what would be the one thing I would want to focus on today and it was to make sure my boat was pointed downstream. Not upstream, padding hard to get through the day, but to remember in each moment to throw the oars over the boat and let my thoughts, feelings and actions float gently down the stream. Not as easy at it may seem but I managed. Noticing all the synchronicities. When one thing didn’t work out there was a reason or there was something better shortly ahead. Wondering what one thing the animals were each focused on. They never try to force anything. Great lesson here.

Exercise: Write down everything you want to do. Then narrow it down to one thing that you could focus your attention on.

I just want to say now… a few weeks later I am totally focused and have already completed a huge project! Launching all my online training courses. Done!

How to Break Generational Curses

I wanted to share this information for those who may have experienced the same problem. This came about as I was about to hold a New Moon Ceremony to release any and all negativity out of my life. I’ve been told by several different people on several different occasions that I have taken a vow of poverty. I didn’t know what they meant so because I didn’t understand, I didn’t give it much attention. Then on November 17th, 2017, I had a thought that when I did the New Moon Ceremony today on the 18th that I would ask to have this vow of poverty released. So I began to do some research and learned a lot about this and other vows and about the history of generational curses and how to break them. It’s actually quite simple.

What is a generational curse? A generational curse can be a spiritual, mental, physical or emotional problem or pattern that you and your family continue to repeat generation after generation.

It is believed that generational curses can go on for four generations but once the curse is broken, the blessings can go on for a thousand generations.

How do we inherit the curse and why is it keep happening to us? The curse can be caused by several things. These are things that your ancestors and relatives of the past including your Grandparents, your Mother, and your Father have done. The reason we are suffering from it is that it is passed down through our DNA and it is up to us to stop it or break the chain. Now, while you may not have committed any of the following crimes, you can still carry the vow of the curse. The top three reasons these curses affect us are:

  1. Trespass: Doing something against one’s will or without permission including them, their possessions or their land.
  2. Iniquity: A violation of Creators moral law, perversity and acting out really bad behavior.
  3. Sin: To knowingly act against divine law

What are some examples of these curses? Although there are many different curses, here are a few examples. Have you or anyone of your family members experience any of these? Can you think of any others?

  • Failure, self-worth, pity, sorrow, victim
  • Poverty, lack, hunger, scarcity
  • Being very judgemental or critical of self and others, pointing fingers
  • Disease and illness
  • Premature death
  • Divorce, breaking relationships, searching from relationship to relationship and never being totally happy
  • Accidents and injuries
  • Any type of abuse, mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, sexual
  • Addictions, sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling
  • Adultery

How to remove, release, break any curse in your life and the lives of your family members for good!

You can do this at any time. I am doing it on a new/dark moon and can expect to see the miraculous results begin to happen of the full moon.

Ask yourself, “What do I have to do to be free of ________” or “What must I do to have ________ in my life?” Then just listen for the answers. Really listen.

Next, In a prayer state…

  1. Admit what you or a family member has done wrong. Get specific. Don’t leave anything out! Even admit things you may not even know about.
  2. Ask for forgiveness for yourself and for your family members.
  3. Believe! Have faith that things will change and feel the curse being lifted.

And so it is.

Another great thing to complete the ceremony is to submerge yourself underwater. This is a great form of cleansing and purification.

Now, over the next couple of days/weeks, begin to notice how things have changed for you.

This is great background music to listen to while performing the ceremony. Unless you do it outdoors, then let nature be your symphony!

Take your Power back and Heal from the Deepest Darkest Wounds of your Past

Being a Medicine Woman has lead me on a path of spending more time alone communing with nature, the trees, the animals, the spirits, the water and listening to the wind. I don’t need anyone to approve of me, to accept me, to love me. I don’t need attention, complements or to be told I’m beautiful. I don’t seek men or relationships anymore to fulfill that which was once hidden from within me. Why? Because… I’ve learned to love myself. I love myself! I love my kindness, my silliness, my flaws, my weaknesses, my mistakes, my knowledge and I love standing in my power. I eat what I want, exercise when I want, go to sleep when I want and wake when I want. No one and no thing has power over me. How do I do it? I’ll tell you my secret…. You are creating all of it and once you learn to take responsibility for that, then you will begin to see the magic of why you are here and what your mission is. You choose what you give your power away too and you choose what you will take your power back from. Stand in your power! Be authentic, be real, be raw, be vulnerable, and when they push you down you stand up and brush them off and keep walkin. The more you try to stand in your power, the more they will try to keep you from it. They will put beautiful, shiney irresistible people, situations and things in front of you, to distract you, delay you, take you off your path. But you’ve come so far, and you’ve put up with so much that now you begin to recognize it and you now have the strength to stop it before it even has a chance to touch you. Why, because you know that you are creating it.

Have you ever seen the movie, “The Labyrinth” with David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly? Remember the scene where she tells him, “You have no power over me” and the entire illusion collapses? Well, that’s not far from the truth of the story of our lives. Where did we give our power away, and how did we take it back. What are you giving your power away to and how will you take it back?

Are you motivated by Fear or Love?

There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life. ∼ JOHN LENNON

What to do when someone triggers you…

A new awareness around being triggered…

  1. Become aware when you are being triggered.
  2. Put a name on it. Label it.
  3. How am I being like this to others or what can I learn from this?
  4. Own it, take responsibility and work through it.

In the past, when someone would do or say something that upset me or made me feel anxiety, fear, unheard, unseen, angry or frustrated, I would react and complain or get defensive.

Now that I better understand the concept of me creating my own reality and other people are just mirrors and reflections of me, I can take ownership and responsibility for my emotions.

They are ultimately there to help me learn, grow, and have a better understanding.

Now, instead of getting all pumped up when something like this happens, I just breathe and notice how I feel. So essentially, I am bringing awareness to the moment.

Then I have the opportunity to either give my power away or keep it, react or respond. If I react to the situation with anger, fear, or whatever, then I am giving my power away. This could cause an argument or power struggle. This is the part of my ego who feels hurt and only wants to be right, to be seen, heard, noticed, appreciated and so on.

Alternatively, if I look at it and call it out (gently), then I am responding to it. In this way I am able to feel the emotion run through my body yet remain calm and collected. No need to become defensive. This does not mean to become passive either. It’s just a neutral, safe place to stay in during the growth process.

Next I go within myself to see where I might be doing that to others. Usually it not so easily discovered but if I look deep enough, and am willing to accept the idea that I may be doing that to others, then my ego is exposed and the beauty of it is revealed!

The next step is to work with it as I move forward. Be gentle with myself as I practice the new way of responding.

There are many different aspects and situations that can come from this concept and I look forward to the challenge!

Life Coaching - Take a ChanceAs I read this very slowly and thought about it carefully, I realized it is so true! It all starts with making a choice which also means making a decision. That’s the first step, then the next step is taking action. The action is the chance you will take. Really, any time we decide to take action on anything we are taking a chance. We do it all day and may not even realize it. But here we are talking about taking bigger chances and more action. Yes, your life will always keep changing, at least in small ways but if you take bigger chances your life will change in bigger ways. What chance are you willing to take to get better results?
