Enjoy this exercise from the Soul Retrieval Specialist Certification

The Shamanic Journey Earth Lodge Fire Ceremony is a guided imagery exercise. It can heal current issues by going into your body and communicating with it from a higher level.

Preparation: Have your journal ready. Create a quiet and safe atmosphere. Drum if you have one.

EARTH LODGE FIRE CEREMONY

Begin by getting into a relaxed position. Take a few slow deep breaths. Breathing in softly and slowly and then breathing out. As you exhale you will begin to feel more relaxed… Just focus all of your awareness on your breath. (pause here for a few moments)

Now, allow your thoughts and feelings to move toward the issue or problem that you are experiencing. It will usually be something that may be consuming all of your energy at the present time. This issue could be causing problems in several different areas of your life.

As you focus on the issue, identify whether it is a physical, emotional, or mental problem. Or is it all of them? Take a moment to visualize this problem.

Now that you are clear, aware, and focused… let’s prepare to enter the sacred earth lodge. You notice the sun just about to set on the horizon… Beautiful mountains in the distance… The air feels very comfortable and the earth is calm.

Now you look out into the distance and call upon a power animal to join you in the lodge today… As it arrives you begin to feel even safer and very grateful that they are excited to join you on this journey… Get a good look at them and thank them for being there.

Now, with your power animal, look at the earth lodge in front of you… it’s a small cozy space made up of nature… you see a small opening with the light from the fire flickering inside… behind the lodge you notice several human figures watching over you… these are your ancestors or spirit guides who have prepared the healing fire and the earth lodge for you… You look to them and thank them before you go inside.

You feel calm, relaxed, protected and grateful as you follow your power animal into the lodge… The inside seems much larger than it did from the outside… You notice the fire is in the very center so you and your power animal go around to the other side of the fire and make yourselves comfortable.

The fire does not seem too hot… this is a very special kind of fire… a magical one that was carefully made by your ancestors… This fire is safe to the touch and does not burn… There will be times during this journey that you will scoop up some of the fire in your hands use it for healing… Go ahead, play with it using your hands… See, it doesn’t burn.

Now take a moment to look into the fire… You can see the truth about your problem in the fire… Look at it… It will reveal to you everything you need to know about healing this problem… (pause here for a moment)

(now is a good time to drum for a while if you want, or continue…)

What did the fire reveal to you? What did you see? What is the truth about this problem and how can it be healed?

Now go to that place in your body where you have held onto this pain… Look at it… Thank it for revealing itself to you… Now ask what does it want you to know? What message does it have for you? (pause) Thank it for the message and for teaching you such a beautiful lesson. Now scoop up some of the healing fire and put it where the pain once was. It heals instantly and now you can see only beauty where this problem once was. You are healed.

Now continue through the rest of your body… Is there anywhere else you would like to go? Any other places you might be carrying pain and need healing? If so, scoop up some more of the healing flame and cover the pain with it… Ask it to reveal why it is there and what you must do. Remember to thank it for being there to teach you such a beautiful lesson.

(this is another good time to pause or drum for a while)

Now that you have explored and healed those parts of you, scoop up some more of the healing flame and wash it all over your body until you can feel every cell become clean, renewed and revitalized… back to its original… perfect… state.

You sit here for a moment and feel what it feels like to be completely healed from the past issues that you may have been carrying for so long… Feel the healing… Breathe it in… Let this new healing and sense of self, become your new belief… Your new way of life… The healed you… Just breathe.

Now you notice your power animal begin to get up and move toward the opening in the lodge… Somehow it just knew that you were complete and that it was time to go… So you follow it out.

You breathe in the fresh air and stretch your body… Looking around, you notice your ancestors moving from behind the lodge closer to you… They are very honored that you have come… they bow to you then turn and one by one they go into the lodge… You feel deep gratitude that they created all of this for you and watched over you while you were healing… As the last one goes in they pull the door closed behind them.

You turn and look to your power animal… They are still there with you and want to continue to walk with you on your journey… You gratefully accept and begin walking together toward your new path.

In a moment when you open your eyes, you will feel refreshed and you will easily able to remember everything… Three, bringing your awareness back into your body… Two, stretching and wiggling your fingers and toes… One, Open your eyes and remembering where you are.

Now before speaking and while the images are still fresh in your memory, begin to write or draw in your journal. Take as much time as you need.

Deep Profound Emotional Healing with Life Coaching

Posted on

Soul retrieval is a form of guided imagery, inner child healing, emotional cord cutting, shadow work and emotional healing that results in permanent healing or total body healing.

Soul retrieval is based on the concept that we are creating our own reality. Once we can fully accept this and take responsibility for everything that happens in our lives, then we will begin to walk in a world free from victim-hood and blame.

When working with your client, you can begin to see how they’ve created everything in their awareness by listening to how much power they give their story, then you can easily identify when and where they have given their power away.

This technique helps to rediscover the parts of the soul that were lost during a traumatic event… where a piece of the soul left the body in order to protect itself while the body experienced the event. Sometimes, depending on how severe the impact was, that piece never fully returns back into the body. This is the part where we gave our power away. Over time, our soul will continue to search for the missing piece by continuing to create similar situations and emotions as opportunities to reclaim that power back, completely heal and collapse the illusion.

What is Soul Retrieval?

Soul retrieval is the process of taking your power back from something, someone or some situation and can assist an individual in permanently healing any past trauma or negative beliefs. A soul retrieval happens when the lost part of the soul returns safely and completely back into the body and inherent integrity is restored.

Symptoms of Soul Loss:

Blocked memory
Apathy (lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern)
Emotionally unavailable or withdrawn
Cannot receive or give love
Lack of motivation to live life or Suicidal thoughts
Addictions
Clinical depression
Attachment
PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Feeling Guilt or shame
Lack of purpose
Prolonged grief
Anger and hatred
Negative beliefs (Example: everybody lies, people are stupid or i’m not good enough)
Physical problems including pain, illness, tumors, cancer and disease.

What causes soul loss?

Soul loss occurs when there is a loss of personal power. This usually happens involuntarily and as a result, damages the soul by the negative influence or belief. Essentially, the soul will recognize when something traumatic is about to happen and it will leave the energy field of the body in order to protect itself and maintain its integrity and it may not be able to return safely back into the body depending on how traumatic the event was.

Situations that may cause soul loss include:

Trauma
Prolonged Stress
An accident
Loss of a loved one
Extreme fear
Negative influence
Rejection
Lack of understanding

If soul loss is left unresolved for long periods of time it can manifest itself into physical form creating very serious emotional, spiritual, mental and physical problems including severe panic attacks, illness, and even disease.

The Solution:

Retrieve the parts of the soul that left during the traumatic experience, and welcome it safely back into the body. This is done through the soul retrieval process. In many cases, a soul retrieval can be very successful with only one session. Depending on how long the situation has been left unresolved will determine how far it has spiraled out of control and into the many areas of one’s life. Like the ripple effect, when you throw a stone into the middle of a pond it will create many ripples that move outward. Eventually, when no stones are thrown, the pond will become still again. Soul loss is comparable to someone that keeps throwing stones into the pond, not allowing the pond to calm, creating chaos in one’s life. A soul retrieval will identify where the rocks are coming from and correct it from that point.

The part of the soul that needs healing will continue to create situations and experiences in your life to feel the emotion over and over again until it is healed. Healing takes place by understanding the truth of the situation from a higher perspective and offering forgiveness to any other persons involved including oneself. Sometimes its also as easy as talking to yourself as you were back then and giving him or her permission to heal and release the attachment to the story or the trauma. Only then can you expect to experience that peaceful stillness and balance once again in your life.

Here and Now, the Great Awakening

Posted on

Woke up this morning with this thought… I know several people including myself that can feel a big shift coming, it seems so close and our spirits long for it. We want it right now! We get frustrated and impatient. Truth is that it’s not coming, it’s already here and we’ve been adapting to it very slowly. If it were just to happen all at once, it would be too much for us to handle. Call it 3D to 5D, new paradigm, the shift in consciousness, ascension or whatever.

So when you feel this feeling of something big about to happen or something great coming, just take a deep breath and say thank you to your Creator knowing that it’s happening now and that feeling you just got was you experiencing it, a slow integration that’s been happening for years. This is what it’s like to live in the now. This moment. The Hopi prophecy speaks of it. It is rapidly approaching now as the collective consciousness aligns with this vibration or frequency.

What now? Look at what is in front of you right now. Give attention and appreciation for it. Love it or them. This is what you are feeling. Gratitude for what you already have, not what’s coming. BE HUMAN.

The key to all of this is to be grateful for what you already have by living in the now.

How to Break Generational Curses

Posted on

I wanted to share this information for those who may have experienced the same problem. This came about as I was about to hold a New Moon Ceremony to release any and all negativity out of my life. I’ve been told by several different people on several different occasions that I have taken a vow of poverty. I didn’t know what they meant so because I didn’t understand, I didn’t give it much attention. Then on November 17th, 2017, I had a thought that when I did the New Moon Ceremony today on the 18th that I would ask to have this vow of poverty released. So I began to do some research and learned a lot about this and other vows and about the history of generational curses and how to break them. It’s actually quite simple.

What is a generational curse? A generational curse can be a spiritual, mental, physical or emotional problem or pattern that you and your family continue to repeat generation after generation.

It is believed that generational curses can go on for four generations but once the curse is broken, the blessings can go on for a thousand generations.

How do we inherit the curse and why is it keep happening to us? The curse can be caused by several things. These are things that your ancestors and relatives of the past including your Grandparents, your Mother, and your Father have done. The reason we are suffering from it is that it is passed down through our DNA and it is up to us to stop it or break the chain. Now, while you may not have committed any of the following crimes, you can still carry the vow of the curse. The top three reasons these curses affect us are:

  1. Trespass: Doing something against one’s will or without permission including them, their possessions or their land.
  2. Iniquity: A violation of Creators moral law, perversity and acting out really bad behavior.
  3. Sin: To knowingly act against divine law

What are some examples of these curses? Although there are many different curses, here are a few examples. Have you or anyone of your family members experience any of these? Can you think of any others?

  • Failure, self-worth, pity, sorrow, victim
  • Poverty, lack, hunger, scarcity
  • Being very judgemental or critical of self and others, pointing fingers
  • Disease and illness
  • Premature death
  • Divorce, breaking relationships, searching from relationship to relationship and never being totally happy
  • Accidents and injuries
  • Any type of abuse, mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, sexual
  • Addictions, sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling
  • Adultery

How to remove, release, break any curse in your life and the lives of your family members for good!

You can do this at any time. I am doing it on a new/dark moon and can expect to see the miraculous results begin to happen of the full moon.

Ask yourself, “What do I have to do to be free of ________” or “What must I do to have ________ in my life?” Then just listen for the answers. Really listen.

Next, In a prayer state…

  1. Admit what you or a family member has done wrong. Get specific. Don’t leave anything out! Even admit things you may not even know about.
  2. Ask for forgiveness for yourself and for your family members.
  3. Believe! Have faith that things will change and feel the curse being lifted.

And so it is.

Another great thing to complete the ceremony is to submerge yourself underwater. This is a great form of cleansing and purification.

Now, over the next couple of days/weeks, begin to notice how things have changed for you.

This is great background music to listen to while performing the ceremony. Unless you do it outdoors, then let nature be your symphony!

Please be advised that this is just my story and my understanding and that I don’t favor any religion or particular belief system in doing so. This is not a recommendation or a quick fix. For those with serious illness, please seek the advice of a licensed professional.

What is a Shamanic Journey?

Posted on

sedona shamanic journeyThe Shamanic Journey is a type of meditation exercised in order to receive guidance, answers, solutions, information, and visions from the spirit world. Most Shamanic cultures believe there are three primary Spirit Worlds, The Lower World, Upper World and Middle World.

The Lower World is the realm of nature, animals, trees, plants and rocks. Here lies the root of our deepest thoughts and emotions. This is where we meet and connect with our Power Animals. This type of vision is usually reached by some form of tunnel that leads into the earth. This is the the best place to start for beginners.

The Upper World is the spiritual realm that connects us with the universe, planets, stars, our ancestors, and ascended masters. Here we find our teachers and guides. This type of vision is usually reached by following a beam of light starting at your third eye and following it out into the universe. Some will climb through the inside of a very tall tree or ladder. The Upper World can often seem very ethereal and can appear to be very bright and can go from light pastels to a soft gray.

The Middle World is the place where we live and breathe. This world overlaps the world of the seen with the unseen and the dream world. This is where we can travel back and forth through time. Here we can also look for lost or stolen objects, perform long distance healing work and to find the souls of the recently deceased in order to help them cross over into the afterlife. This is also a good place to have a conversation with someone like a co-worker, friend, or family member to discuss matters. You can reunite with an old friend or communicate with someone who has already crossed over. In the Middle World we communicate with the Spirit that lives in all things. This is where the Shaman becomes the medium between the spiritual and physical worlds. This type of vision can easily reached by a simple walk in nature or passing through a doorway.

Reaching an Altered State of Consciousness
The constant beat of the drum or shaking a rattle are the most common tools used to assist us in a successful Shamanic Journey. Studies have shown that this continuous rhythm affects our brain in such a way that allows us to more easily experience a vision.

The Helping Spirits
The helping Spirits are the guides of the Shaman and can assist us in the healing of individuals, the community and Mother Earth. The most common types of Spirits who work in partnership with the Shaman are the animals, the plants and trees, the elements such as wind, the stone and mineral kingdom and humans who appear as teachers.

The Spirits who appear as animals are more commonly known as Power Animals or Animal Spirit Guides. They provide us with strength, protection and support.

The Plant and Tree Spirits can provide help with very specific issues. Shamans and Medicine People have been using the help of the Plant and Tree people since the beginning of time for healing.

The Spirits that appear to us in human form are usually messengers and can act as intermediaries between us and the universe. They have compassion for our pain, confusion and suffering, therefore they gladly volunteer their help.

New Zealand Maori Healers Coming to Sedona in March 2016!

maori in sedona march 2016
Maori healers are coming to Sedona in March 2016 to present their healing and spiritual work and tradition. Their special healing bodywork is very powerful and direct and helps works on all levels of human levels. A type of deep tissue massage, acupressure and spiritual guidance that works on the nervous system, tendons and bones to release toxins, stress, pain, fatigue, old traumas and painful memories from our cell memory.

Maori are the indigenous people of New Zealand which in Maori language means Aotearoa. Maori healers (Maori Healers) carried out intuitively “scan” deep work with your body’s tissue and energy balance, which, according to many is very deep and allows for transformation.

maori healers in sedona march 2016Te Reia Oomai or Maori medicine (treatment) represents a natural way of healing methods by ancient Maori tradition, which continues through oral tradition from one generation to the next only to specially selected family members. Maori treatment involves working with the body (body work), which in most cases means a deep massage (Roma Roma), energy and spiritual guidance, support (Mirimiri) and use of medicine Maori (Maori Rongoa).

Maori massage technique of acupressure is very deep massage where pressure is applied to the nervous system, the tendons, bones and muscles. By this the body is released of toxins, stress; Pain and fatigue are released is removed. Even very old traumas and painful memories from our cellular memory cells are dissolved and re-filled with positive energy and vitality. You will experience the natural state of your being, which is very important for further treatment.

How can Maori treatment help you?

In general, people are not conscious of energies that are stopped or blocked in our body. These blockages prevent us to build up life as we want. We start with good intentions, but we often fail to stay on this path for a long time. We become trapped with no ideas about what you want. It is often very difficult to locate our own blockade.

Captured energy in most cases takes the form of the disease. Symptoms can manifest themselves physically, emotionally and mentally. Most of these symptoms is caused because the body is not in equilibrium with the feelings and emotions that we have.

Maori healer work on a physical and energetic level. Intuitively, through clairvoyance searches trapped energy and then communicates with the body. On the part of the body where energy is trapped adds energy or cause pressure. It uses their hands or forearm, sometimes elbows. For small and specific points, such as points on your feet, they use a green stone called Pounamu.

During treatment, sees himself as an instrument through which operates Higher Force . Blocks and emotion that touches them Maori healer can no longer hide the body and find a way out of the body, they come to the surface and the body can be eliminated.

maori loveDuring treatments, we encourage you to release directly through personal, physical and natural way of expression, such as. screaming, crying or laughing. These are confusing emotions that up to this point have been expressed, and now came the moment of liberation.

Maori treatment can sometimes be experienced as a very emotional and painful. Physical and mental pain lasts for a very short time. It shows us how much pain we accept in our everyday lives. The length of the actual pressure depends on our willingness to let old things. Resistance is nothing more than the fear that comes from our mind and not the body; body just wants to be liberated.

Maori healers working in a group and it may happen that you will be treated at the same time from multiple healers. More people are also dealt with in the same room. During the treatments healers often sing and pray; they also laugh a lot and help you to free yourself from ourselves. For all the people in the room present a strong sense of connection, which can also be seen as an awakening of happiness and joy.

Each treatment is completely different. Everyone has their own personal way and the way of liberation and achieving peace. However, all have in common the fact that the intensive penetrates into the core of the problem, and is directly confronted with him.
Dropping and liberation is usually done between treatments, but can take several hours, even days or weeks. Depending on how fast you are willing to surrender your new personal situation.

A brief description of their intuitive “scaning” of the body and work with your body’s deep tissues (deep tissue bodywork):

Mirimiri
Mirimiri is one form of work on body, where the intuitive abilities of therapist are in foreground.
In addition to the work and knowledge that would traditionally have to demonstrate in front of the old masters, the therapist may also have the ability to “read” folds, curves, lines, signs and wells on the body. During the process mirimiri therapist investigate the body and determine the sites that need to be treated. Even if the client talks, he is looking for unspoken, unknown or forgotten. In therapy, the therapist receives “messages” and helps to establish physical connections to those places where the cells begin to deteriorate and lose the essence of life. The therapist evokes the wisdom that is stored in the body in so-called “codes of knowledge” (nga Kete about this wananga), and helps the client to activate processes that regenerate vital energy (calming word means “regenerate”).

Romiromi
In places where it is necessary to work with your body’s deep tissue, romiromi is activated. Ro means “go inside”, “mi” means to promote molecules in cells, allowing the decomposition and release of toxins that are calcified .
In the process of romiromi we can use elbows, hands, knees, feet, sticks, stones and sea water.
There can be more therapist working on one client. Deeply buried emotions can come to the surface during the therapy. From Emotional experiences arises physical, psychological or mental illness.
Activation of whatu-manawa (heart size) assists therapist in identifying individual toxic problems that hinder an individual, and prevents prolonged conflict in which he finds himself. When these problems come to the surface, the therapist performed whaka Watea (to clean the room), which enables holistic healing and transformation.

The Maori are also active in the field of…
• Natural medicine
• Correcting the imbalances of the body, muscles, tissues, bones
• Balancing and strengthening joints and ligaments
• Holistic well-being, fitness and health
• Sexual Awareness and healing of sexual records and injuries

• Cleaning landscapes and spaces
• Clean up “dragon” lines

Lunar Eclipse at Canyon DeChelly 2015

eclipse canyon dechellyCan anyone else feel the effects of the Eclipse still? Bringing up aspects of shadow self?

Most of the time the shadow self is ignored, neglected, and misunderstood. Imagine what would happen if we could learn to love, acknowledge, and nurture it? It may create more balance, totality, and completion of old chapters, agreements, commitments, relationships, and un-finished projects. Embrace it, cry with it, love it then… we will be ready to journey forward into this new exciting chapter of our lives.

During the eclipse, I was with some friends at Canyon DeChelly. Navajo Reservation. The Navajo said they do not look at the eclipse because it will bring out their shadow side. For some people, It is hard to look at these parts of ourselves… easier to just ignore it. So I watched the whole event and saw that once I looked at the shadow, eventually the light began to come back and it seemed even brighter.

A Shaman is the spiritual leader and natural healer of the tribe. Also referred to as a Medicine Man, Native Healer, Spirit Walker, Sage, Visionary, Mystic, Prophet, or a Holy Man or Woman.

They are the ones who can walk between the physical and spiritual worlds as a communicator for the great spirit.

There are several different types of Shaman.

A shaman can either be a man or a woman. Some cultures will call a man a Sha-man, and a woman a Sha-ma. In more modern terms, both are referred to as a Shaman.

A true Shaman is not likely to claim to be a Shaman or any other title that would set them higher than anyone else. But the people in their tribe, family, business, or any other type of group, clan or community will tell you that he or she is their Shaman. Shamans may claim to be a Shamanic Practitioners and study shamanism. Just as a true healer will not claim to be a healer, they will be more likely to claim to practice healing work, or call themselves a healing practitioner or facilitator.

Some Shamans find it difficult to live in modern society. They prefer to spend more time in nature studying the animals, the weather, the elements, and all natural things.

What is Shamanism?

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice known to humankind. Shamanism comprises of a range of traditional beliefs and practices concerned with communication with the spirit-world. A practitioner of shamanism is known as a shaman. There are many variations of shamanism throughout the world, but several common beliefs are shared by all forms of shamanism. Shamans are intermediaries, or mediums between the human and spirit worlds. They are capable of entering supernatural realms to obtain answers and solutions to the problems of their community. Tools of a Shaman…

tools of a shamanSage, braids of sweet grass, cedar, lavender, and blue corn, drums, rattles, and prayer feathers, stones, bones, and a staff or spirit stick.

Sage is best known for smudging ceremonies. This practice is used for cleansing, clearing, and purifying negative energies. Scientific studies have shown that sage, when burned, gives off negative ions. Negative ions are known for clearing mental blocks and works with the non-physical, psychic self. These are the same ions that you would get from standing at the edge of the ocean and breathing it in.

Blue corn is one of the most unique corns found in the Southwest and is a symbol of life by the Hopi.

The drum is one of the most important tools of a Shaman. It is used for meditating, vision quests, and shamanic journeys, healing and breaking up old patterns and negative energies, grounding, centering, calling in the spirits for ceremony, and of course, dancing. The deep, earthly sound of the drum represents the heartbeat of mother earth, loving, giving, and nurturing. It brings us back to the comfort of being in our mothers womb, safe, secure, and surrounded with unconditional love. The heartbeat connects all of life and reminds us that there is no separation. The plants, animals, stones, trees, fish, stars, plants and the universe are all one. There is only one universal heartbeat.

Places you might find a Shaman…

There are many shamans walking the earth today, they are all over the planet. Some don’t even know that they are a Shaman yet they are practicing Shamanism every day. You may find these healers and shamans near vortex sites, sacred sites, and where the earths ley lines connect around the planet. When you are looking for a Shaman, all you have to do is put it out there and you will always be guided to the perfect one.

Misconceptions of  a Shaman…

Over the years I’ve noticed that some people are perfectly trained by what they see on television. When going to see a Shaman or someone who practices Shamanism for the first time they may have some unrealistic expectations…

Are you looking for an old wrinkly man dressed in furs and robes who is wearing crystals and feathers and has a full set of ragalia on? This might have been what you would have seen a few hundred years ago, but things have changed.

You might be looking for someone who is isolated and lives in a small hut within his village or you think you may have to drive up a long windy road to the top of a mountain to seek these individuals. Not any more…

There may be a Shaman or Shamanic Practitioner living right next door.

So I encourage you to release all expectations and be open to searching for the modern Shaman who dresses in normal clothes and lives a life just like everyone else. They may even have a day job!

There are many shamans out there and it is said that there is at least one within every family, workplace, etc.
